Description

Objectives of the Role:


  • Managing both the existing educational institution partnerships and developing new business opportunities with schools, colleges, and universities.
  • Taking a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for educational institutions to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Identifying trends and customer needs in the education sector to build a short/medium/longterm sales pipeline in accordance with enrollment and revenue targets.
  • Developing strategies and positions by analyzing the integration of new educational programs and services.
  • Assisting in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies specific to the education sector and delegating tasks to achieve strategic enrollment and revenue goals.
  • Motivating the team, tracking performance, and reporting metrics related to student enrollment, institutional partnerships, and revenue growth.

Daily Responsibilities:


  • Monitoring and evaluating educational industry trends, advancements in teaching methodologies, and student preferences. Regularly meet with management and stakeholders to discuss education market strategies.
  • Managing the proposal response process for educational partnerships, including understanding detailed requirements, content creation, and gathering inputs from various sources.
  • Generating new leads within the education sector, identifying and contacting decisionmakers at schools and colleges, screening potential educational partnerships, and leading and facilitating discussions and presentations.
  • Developing and implementing an overarching outbound sales and business development strategy tailored for the education sector. Establishing sales processes, structure, and best practices across the organization to increase educational institution partnerships.
  • Maintaining and sharing professional knowledge of the education sector through education conferences, networking events, and presentations.
  • Acquiring new educational partners, building and updating the database of schools, colleges, and universities for potential partnerships.
  • Executing marketing programs from start to finish, focusing on promoting educational programs and services.
  • Executing modern Marketing and Admissions strategies, utilizing digital channels and online platforms to create awareness of educational programs and attract prospective students.
  • Traveling within the assigned sales territory to conduct facetoface meetings with existing and potential educational partners, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable educational offerings.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in business or management.
  • 02 years of successful track record in B2B and B2C sales and negotiation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working experience with sales techniques, implying familiarity with different sales strategies and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting, indicating the ability to analyze sales data and use it for decisionmaking.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage resources, suggesting the capacity to allocate resources effectively to achieve sales goals.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
