UX Designer:

Your Tasks:

Work closely with product owners and developers to anticipate customer needs and define user stories
Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve the user experience.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure that designs are implemented effectively and meet customer needs
Stay uptodate with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continue empowering users

Your profile:

Bachelor's degree or above in any major.
35 years experience in UI and UX design (both skills required).
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar
Understanding and appreciation of standard user interface design concepts and processes for web and mobile including knowledge of Material Design and the Apple Human interface guidelines.
Excellent communication skills (Fluent English skills, both written and verbal are compulsory), including the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively across diverse audiences at various levels of our organization.
Proven team player with an international mindset. Highly selfmotivated and selfmanaged individual, not afraid to do the heavy lifting.
Experience working with a design system is a plus
Experience designing for enterprise software or B2B products is a plus
Experience designing components for React & React native apps is a plus
