Working with RegionalSales personnel to identify customer's project requirements related to GasTurbine, Steam Turbine involving package upgrades, overhauls, repairs, andLongTerm Program etc.
Interpret, evaluate, andcomment on customer specifications and align customer requirements.
Support Regional Salespersonnel in pursuit of integrated solutions projects and assisting indeveloping sales strategies to win bids.
Preparing comprehensivesales proposals for steam turbines, gas turbines and generators etc.
Preparation andpresentation of proposal documentation.
Developing cost andmargin analysis, business risk analysis, technical and schedule realization options,bid approval for customer submission.
Management of the bidpreparation process as per Siemens business process.
Effectively obtain,develop, and communicate technical information to both suppliers and customersregarding scopes of supply and services (internal as well as external).

Your Qualification

Bachelor's degree inmechanical engineering
10+ years in the salesback office (Bid and proposals) desirable
Knowledge of the powerplant (Large Steam Turbine / Large Gas Turbine/ Generators / Balance of Plantequipment and process)
Professional experiencein tendering, you have already successfully prepared numerous offers forcomplex systems.
Superior skills inattention to detail and managing priorities within deadlines.
Strong relationshipmanagement skills and capable of establishing respect and credibility throughactions, communications, understanding and personal presence.
Knowledge of operatingSales Force
Efficient in the use ofSAP, MS Office.
Ability to workefficiently and effectively managing multiple tasks
Must be selfmotivated,results oriented, and be flexible to work well under tight schedules in afastpaced team environment
Strong Analytical andStrategic thinker
Excellent verbal,written, and people skills
