Job Description

  • Responsible for providing day to day support to Business users for recurring SAP EWM issues involving configuration and or processes via resolution of Incidents and CRs.
  • Monitoring managing and resolving of failed ECC EWM queues with debugging.
  • Primary Skills
  • Identifying the changes required and coordinate with business to raise a CR and implement and test changes and deploy in production as part of standard change management process.
  • Involved in inbound process such as goods receipts which includes put away unloading.
  • Should be adept at functional analysis debugging skills are welcome but not pre requisite and doing RCA handling Incidents CRs problem ticket resolution in AMS environment.
  • Secondary Skills
  • Preferably with EWM certification.
  • Good knowledge in two step wave picking.
  • Good knowledge in RF device.
