JD -Telesales Executives

Objectives:


  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
  • Work with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
  • Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback

Key Responsibilities:


  • Building business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Identifying business opportunities by researching prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.
  • Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with clients; recommending solutions.
- product improvements or new products by market activities, and competitors.

  • Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualification Requirements:


  • Bachelor's or master's degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
  • At least one (2) years of industry sales experience
  • Strategic leadership ability.
  • Fluent English (required)

Salary:
₹200, ₹300,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay

Experience:

Pharma Telesales: 2 years (required)

  • Pharmacy sales: 1 year (required)
