Description
We are seeking experienced Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, enhancing customer relationships, and meeting sales targets.

You will utilize your communication skills to identify customer needs and present effective solutions that align with our business objectives.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar sales role.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learner with a passion for sales; selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

Pay:
₹30, ₹150,000.00 per month


Shift:

  • Day shift
  • Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Experience:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)

  • B2B sales: 2 years (required)
