Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive and challenging English curriculum for postgraduate students in accordance with educational standards and school guidelines.
  • Create lesson plans that encompass various genres of literature, language skills, and critical analysis.

Instruction and Classroom Management:


  • Deliver engaging and intellectually stimulating English lessons that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages analytical thinking, literary exploration, and effective communication.
  • Manage classroom behavior to create a respectful and disciplined atmosphere.

Literary Analysis:


  • Guide students in the analysis of complex literary works, including novels, poetry, and plays.
  • Encourage critical thinking and interpretation of literary themes, characters, and historical contexts.

Language Skills Development:


  • Focus on the enhancement of language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
  • Incorporate language arts activities that promote effective communication and expression.

Assessment and Feedback:


  • Design and administer assessments to evaluate students' understanding of literature and language.
  • Provide constructive and timely feedback to students, parents, and administrators regarding academic performance.

Individualized Support:


  • Offer additional support and guidance to students who may require extra assistance in mastering complex literary concepts or language skills.
  • Implement differentiated instruction to address diverse learning needs within the classroom.

Technology Integration:


  • Integrate technology into the teaching process to enhance learning experiences, utilizing educational software, multimedia, and online resources.

Collaboration:


  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create interdisciplinary learning experiences and contribute to a cohesive educational environment.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, and school events.

Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
