We are hiring for Commercial Executive:

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Monitor accounts on a daily basis
  • Imprest Handlingreconciliation and coordination with its handlers
  • Identify outstanding account receivables
  • Follow up for payment collection from customers
  • Maintain accounts on daily basis in excel and preparation of ageing report.
  • Submission of invoices to customers (via mail and personal visit or through courier)
  • Take actions in order to encourage timely payments like sharing ledgers, payment details, reconciliation statement, etc.
  • Resolve billing issues if any
  • Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments
  • Filling and documentation
