Description

Make outbound calls to potential customers, utilizing a provided list or database.

Introduce the restaurant's menu, specials, promotions, and services to prospective customers in a clear and compelling manner.

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, actively listening to their inquiries and addressing them effectively.

Provide accurate and detailed information about menu items, ingredients, pricing, and delivery options.

Take customers' orders over the phone, ensuring accuracy in recording their preferences and any special instructions.

Upsell additional items, such as appetizers, desserts, or beverages, to increase the order value.

Maintain a thorough knowledge of the restaurant's offerings, including seasonal or limited-time promotions, to effectively communicate them to customers.

Handle customer complaints or concerns in a courteous and empathetic manner, striving to provide satisfactory resolutions.

Record and update customer information, inquiries, and feedback in the restaurant's customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Collaborate with the reservation or seating team to check availability, book reservations, and assist customers with their dining arrangements.

Follow up with customers regarding their orders, delivery status, or any outstanding issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Keep updated records of calls made, orders taken, and sales generated, providing regular reports to the management team.

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted promotional campaigns and initiatives via telephonic outreach.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for sales growth and customer engagement.

Adhere to the restaurant's policies, procedures, and quality standards while conducting telephonic interactions.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
