Job Responsibilities


  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office giving instructions
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
  • Additional certification in Office Management is a plus
  • Maintain lost and found and return to the concerned person ( need to take id proof for our safety)
  • Maintain courier when receiving and handover
  • Need to take id proof all visitors
  • Need to keep all records like consumption, printing n all
  • Credit hour's record
  • Business centre booking and keep records

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)

  • Front desk
  • Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
