Online Sales Executive - Sagrampur, Surat, Gujarat, India - POOJA AGENCIES
Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Inbound/outbound prospect calls and convert them into sales.
- Call leads received on the Indiamart platform and engage with them to understand their requirements, providing product information and solutions as needed.
- Utilize knowledge of the Indiamart portal to effectively manage company listings, update product information, and respond to inquiries from potential customers.
- Retain customers to increase repeat business.
- Upload company products onto the Indiamart portal, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, and pricing to attract potential buyers.
- Customer identification, call planning
- Demonstrate proficiency in English and Hindi communication, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Develop and maintain business plans to achieve sales targets.
Desired profile:
- Experience in online B2B / telesales / telemarketing (6 months to 1 year + )
- Proficiency in spoken English & Hindi are must.
- Familiarity with ecommerce and its components like Indiamart.
- Highly analytical, selfdriven individuals preferred.
