Description

Planning Execution

  • Planning for respective shifts and Execution of Warehouse activity
  • Co-ordinate with different departments such as production, QA, QC

Documentation

  • Compliance with internal audit.
  • CGMP regulation in the warehouse department.
  • Monitoring and Documentation of warehouse activities.
  • Preparation of standards operating procedures for operation and cleaning.

Dispensing Activity

  • Coordination with the manufacturing Team for planning schedules for dispensing Activity
  • Calibration of balance as per schedule like weekly and daily verification.
  • Checking the cleaning activities of materials packing and dispensing Rooms and dispensing booths etc.
  • Monitoring of Differential and maintenance of log sheets by filter cleaning
  • Dispensing of Raw materials and packing materials as per BMR S following FIFO FEFO
  • Calibration of weighing balances.
  • Daily temperature / Relative humidity monitoring and recording in Warehouse.
  • Dispensing of Rawpacking materials.
  • Handling of returned Raw Packaging materials from production.
  • Ensuring the status labelling.
  • Coordination with QC for sampling activity.
  • Following the safety procedures.
  • Online documentation as per the written standard operating procedures.
  • Attending periodical training of SOP.

Salary: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
