Description

Key Responsibilities:


Front Office Management:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
Maintain a clean and organized front office area.


Travel & Accommodation Booking:
Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Ensure cost-effective travel solutions and timely itinerary management.


Corporate Tie-Ups:
Identify and establish partnerships with new corporate entities to promote business growth.
Manage communication and relationships with existing corporate partners.

Maintain accurate visa records and provide timely updates on visa status.


Housekeeping & Security Department:
Supervise and manage the housekeeping and security departments.
Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Implement and monitor security protocols and procedures.


Office Hygiene:
Maintain and enforce hygiene standards in the office.
Manage sanitation, cleaning schedules, and supply inventory.


Qualifications:


  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in administrative coordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information.
  • Proactive and detailoriented approach to work.
  • Exceptional problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.

Salary:
₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
