Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers, understanding their needs, and resolving issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather information and escalate complex queries to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Upsell and crosssell products or services when appropriate.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining a knowledge base of frequently asked questions and their solutions.

Requirements:


  • Minimum HSC (High School) qualification. Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Good typing speed with high accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle pressure.

Working Conditions:


  • Rotational shifts, including day and night shifts, as per the schedule.
  • 1 rotational week off per month.
  • Centralized pickup and drop facility provided by the company.

Salary:
₹14, ₹17,500.00 per month
