Roles and Responsibilities

Actively publish research papers in the area of interest
Support the accreditation and affiliation efforts.
Mentor students in the Management programs
Lead a flagship initiative of the institution.
Overall Research and Development in Management.
Contribute and Cooperate with the other Departments and Committees in organising Seminars & Conferences, Training Programmes.
Guide student projects at UG and PG levels, help them with reports, review articles, research papers, etc.


Education:
UG -BBA/Equivalent with,

PG MBA in HR/Marketing/Finance discipline with,
Doctorate - Ph.
D - In Management



PROFESSORS:
Doctorate with not less than 15 years of experience

ASSOCIATE

PROFESSORS:
Doctorate with not less than 10 years of experience.

ASSISTANT

PROFESSORS:
Masters degree with not less than 2 years of experience
