  • We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic UI/UX Design Studio. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of projects, while maintaining excellent client relationships. We pride ourselves on our innovative approach to design and our commitment to delivering exceptional results for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to contribute to the success of our studio and work alongside a talented team of designers.

Responsibilities:


  • Project Management: Take ownership of project coordination, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, scope and in line with quality standards.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams like designers, developers, and clients, facilitating effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, defining project goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.

Utilize Zoho Projects or similar project management tools to create and maintain comprehensive project plans, task logs, and time logs.


  • Task Coordination: Assign tasks to team members, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks that may arise during project execution.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and change requests.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing project updates, and managing expectations.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure design deliverables meet the project requirements
  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential project risks, assess their impact, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions in project
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek opportunities to optimize project management processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes.
  • Team Support: Provide administrative support to the design team, including scheduling meetings,Support the team in maintaining accurate time logs, monitoring project budgets, and generating reports for management review.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 2 3 years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in a UI/UX design studio or digital agency setting or similar role within a UI/UX design environment.
  • Strong familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, preferably Zoho Projects or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members at all levels.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work well in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to managing project risks and issues.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work within set deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment while maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and processes, understanding the design lifecycle, and the ability to communicate effectively with design teams.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) would be an added advantage.
