Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Sales Specialist to join our team and take charge of all sales activities for our diverse range of products.

As the primary point of contact between our brand and customers, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our e-commerce business.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets across all product categories.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and unique selling points to potential customers.

Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by actively prospecting and building a robust pipeline of potential customers.

Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling and persuasive sales presentations tailored to the needs and preferences of different customer segments.

Order Management: Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely order fulfillment and a seamless customer experience.

Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell related products, maximizing the value of each customer transaction.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies as needed.

Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to product development and improvements, as well as enhance the overall shopping experience.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, prepare regular sales reports, and provide performance updates to the management team.

Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, customer support, and other teams to align sales efforts with broader company objectives.


Qualifications:

Product Knowledge: Strong aptitude for quickly understanding and articulating complex product features and benefits.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with customers.

Salary:
₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
