CRM Associate

Location: 100% Work from Office and If needed travel required to Client place as well

Salary:
Stipend base of Rs 7000 to Rs 10000 per month (with performance-based revisions and incentives)

Role and Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients in HR Advisory, Recruitment, and ZOHO Support. Understand their needs and provide outstanding customer service.

Learning and Training:
Be dedicated to continuous learning and improvement. Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Performance Evaluation:

After the initial three months, your performance will be evaluated, and your salary will be revised based on your achievements and contributions.

Incentives:
Incentives will be provided based on your performance and the results achieved in client management and marketing efforts.

Qualifications and Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools is a plus.

Highly motivated, dedicated, and eager to learn.
