Your future duties and responsibilities

Mainframe work experience of about 4 to 5 years with knowledge of incident management processes.
Should have knowledge in DB2 database.
Work experience in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, Control-M scheduler, Mainframe utilities.
Good knowledge in incident management ticketing tools like ServiceNow, ITSM etc.
Good communication skills required to coordinate with different stake holders to understand the client requirements.
Should be able to take up complete ownership of the work.
Should be willing to work in European shifts, weekends and to take oncalls.
Member should be capable to handle the tickets independently without missing the SLA's and should be knowledgeable to perform RCA.
Good to have knowledge in Wealth Management domain.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Strong knowledge of mainframe technologies, including COBOL, JCL, VSAM, CICS, and DB
Familiarity with incident management and ticketing systems.
Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
Willingness to participate in an oncall rotation and provide support outside of regular business hours.
