Knowledge of following is a pre-requisite:

  • Arranging planning and managing appointments and meetings.
  • Making travel arrangements including scheduling meetings, booking flights, hotels, train, car, visa arrangements etc. for domestic and overseas.
  • Being host on behalf of organization to Companies Customers (from domestic and overseas), Directors (domestic and overseas) and Senior Managers and Joint Venture partners and making travel, stay, transport, visa and other arrangements for them.
  • Ability to carry out other admin work given by CMD.
  • Knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
  • Shorthand ability will be a plus factor but not essentia
