What's this role about?


The Solution Architect is responsible for successfully designing and managing the successful delivery of complex MSD 365 CRM + CLM solutions for our customers.

These technologies include-but are not necessarily limited to CRM/MSD 365 products and APIs, Apex/Visualforce, Lightning, mobile development technologies, and integration/ETL technologies.

The solutions you design are built for the long-term and will scale with the customer's growth plans seamlessly. You have proven experience integrating systems via API's as well as a strong development background.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and set and manage expectations
  • Work directly with clients to implement D365 CE configured for client business processes.
  • Solution Design and Architecture: Work closely with business analysts to understand and document business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions, designing CRM architectures that align with organizational goals.
  • Customer Interaction and Demonstration: Capable of interacting with customers and handling the issues and demonstrating the required changes as per the client requirements.
  • Technical Leadership: Lead a team of Dynamics 365 developers and consultants, providing guidance, mentoring, and technical oversight. Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in CRM development within the team.
  • System Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement to meet specific business needs. Develop and maintain custom entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards. Create and implement custom plugins, workflows, and JavaScript when required to extend CRM functionality.
  • Integration Management: Oversee integration efforts to seamlessly connect Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement with other enterprise systems, including ERP and marketing automation platforms. Design data mapping and integration solutions to maintain data consistency and accuracy.
  • Documentation and Training: Prepare comprehensive technical documentation for CRM solutions, including design specifications and configuration guides. Conduct training sessions for endusers and support teams as needed.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform thorough testing and quality assurance checks to ensure the stability and performance of CRM solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and incidents.
  • Stay Current: Stay uptodate with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 features, updates, and industry best practices.
Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between client's current and desired end states

  • Provide oversight and governance of projects
  • Follow and help define coding standards. Lead code reviews during projects to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followed
  • Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a project implementation
  • Ability to understand a project and deep dive to debug issues
  • From timetotime, the SA may be expected to partake in other presales activities such as discovery and technical deepdive sessions, Proof-OfConcept (POC) development with prospects
  • Liaise with CRM product teams to support client implementations

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 12 years' experience in CE/CRM implementation, configuration, system design.
  • Strong understanding of the CE/CRM Technical Platform (Scripting, Plugins, Workflows, Dialogs, Client Extensions, SDK)
  • Good understanding of CE/CRM Technical and Functional Modules.
  • Good working experience of SSRS and CRM Reports.
  • Strong and proved ASP.NET programming using C#; database concepts; OO analysis and design under SDLC environment.
  • Strong knowledge of webbased Technologies.
  • Development/Installation experience on an IFD (Onpremises) environment is a plus.
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of systems architecture and ability to design scalable performancedriven solutions
  • Understanding of key design patterns and large data volume limitations and best practices
  • Understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations and how these play into platform architecture
  • Familiarity with platform authentication patte
