RoleKey Responsibilities**- Ensure transaction processing within defined TAT and cut off and Zero loss booking due to operational errors / delays.

Ensure archival of paper base as per defined Retention grid.
Ensure checklist adherence and error free processing with inex % < 5 %.
Ensuring nil audit observations
Other activities a. discrepant cheque handling

- b. Support branch BOSH for branch related activities c. Handling regulatory notices etc.
- handling technical and financial clearing queues

Processing Frontending transaction with nil errors.

Qualifications

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
Graduation/ Post graduation from a recognized institute
0-3 years

- experience in the relevant field
Role Proficiencies:

Knowledge of banking products and services
Ability to solution issues and manage complex situations
Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language
Good networking and relationship building skills
