Looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Person with/without experience in Real Estate/Insurance or fresher.


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • 1. Attending the customer at the site, explaining about the project.
  • Following up with leads (given to them from the presales team) for the site visits.
  • Strong sales negotiation and communication skills
  • Updating daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Assisting management in marketing activities for lead generation.
  • Regularly updating and enhancing their skills and market knowledge by doing regular market research.
  • Coordinating with customer and post-sales team.
  • Conversion of leads to prospects.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification:
  • MBA/PGDM/Bachelor's Degree.

Experience:

  • Freshers to 5 years of Real Estate or any Industry.
