Key Responsibilities:

Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.


Issue Resolution:
Identify and assess customer needs to effectively resolve issues and concerns.
Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer complaints and find satisfactory resolutions.
Collaborate with other departments to escalate and follow up on complex issues.


Product Knowledge:
Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and relevant industry trends.


Documentation:
Record and maintain detailed and accurate customer interaction records in the company's CRM system.
Document customer feedback and share insights with the relevant teams to contribute to continuous improvement.


Communication:
Communicate effectively with customers using clear and concise language.
Provide information on promotions, discounts, and additional services to enhance the customer experience.


Adherence to Policies:
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Follow established protocols for issue resolution and escalate matters when necessary.


Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
