Description
Hiring for Sales Manager, who Must be experienced with sales and marketing, making visit plans etc.

  • Assessing the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
  • Developing and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
  • Maintaining attendance and leave record of sales team
  • Providing daily report of field sales success and communicate VOC data to superiors
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Meeting with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them
  • Identifying the training needs and setting up the training modules with the assistance of management

Requirements:


  • Should have min. 812 years of experience in B2B, B2C, Distribution ship, Wholesale and Retail sales.
  • Should be open to travelling
  • Must have handled the team
  • Excellent communication skills

Salary:
₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month

  • Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Lead generation: 5 years (preferred)
  • B2B sales, distributorship, retail sales, inside sales etc: 5 years (preferred)
  • Sales and marketing: 5 years (preferred)

Language:


  • English (preferred)
