Job Summary:
As a Tele Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and converting them into opportunities through outbound calls.
You will play a crucial role in promoting our products/services, understanding customer needs, and providing solutions to meet those needs.
This position requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a strong desire to achieve sales targets.Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to generate leads, identify decision-makers, and qualify prospects.

Sales Pitch: Present products/services to potential customers over the phone, explaining features, advantages, and benefits.

Customer Engagement: Build and maintain rapport with customers, understanding their requirements, and addressing their queries effectively.

Objection Handling:Handle objections and concerns of customers professionally, turning them into opportunities for further discussion.

Sales Conversion:Convert leads into sales opportunities by effectively showcasing the value proposition and closing deals.

Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Sales Targets:Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities.
Collaboration:Coordinate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies, share insights, and contribute to overall sales growth.

Feedback: Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer interactions to improve products/services.
Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

Experience: Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing roles.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers and convey information clearly and persuasively.
Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify customer needs and effectively pitch products/services.

Communication: Excellent skills in English and Hindi.

Customer Focus:Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing sales strategies, products, and market conditions.
