JD for MS Exchange - Messaging Infrastructure Support (L2/L3)

Key Responsibilities
***- L3 support for MS Exchange 2016/2019/Exchange Online

PowerShell Scripting knowledge (should develop the script and troubleshoot the scripts)
Outlook and Mobile device management troubleshooting for escalated ticket from L1 support team
Implementation of approved architectural change requests in Production Messaging environment.
7*24 support at a Global Level for users spread across US, Europe and APAC regions

Language Support

Essential Skills:

Mandatory:

Must have extensive handson knowledge on MS Exchange 2016/2019/Exchange Online
Must have PowerShell Scripting knowledge with development and troubleshooting
Good Understanding and experience in MS Active Directory management.
Good Understanding of Mobile device management product like airwatch, Intune
Exchange Cluster (DAG) Administration & changes.
Exchange Database Management, e.g., provisioning, defragmentation, storage monitoring, IO throughput monitoring, and database disaster recovery
Spam mail scanning /filtering
Vendor coordination for support issues
Must possess good communication skills.
Ready to work in 24 x 7 shifts as per Customer requirement.
Experience : 5 to 7 years of above skills

To successfully perform the responsibilities outlined above, the individual in this position will need broad and substantive technical and management experience and competence.
Education: BS in Computer Science or a related field. Prefer Master's degree.
Senior SME who has 5+ years' experience in O365 productivity services.
10+ years of relevant work experience in midtolarge enterprise or technology organizations
3+ years of responsibility for designing, implementing Office 365 projects and solutions in IT Infrastructure segment.
Strong understanding of Infrastructure service fundamentals and best practices.
