Description
Responsible for calling companies (US process) on behalf of doctors/physicians and following up on outstanding accounts receivable.- To prioritize the pending claims for calling from the aging bucket.
- To check the relevance of the insurance information given by the patient if it is inadequate or unclear.
- To make calls by following the international norms and applicable rules for confidentiality.
- Should have basic knowledge of the entire Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).Analyses outstanding claims and initiates collection efforts as per aging report to get the reimbursement.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Good Analytical and reasoning skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Ok to work in Night Shift
