We are looking for a proactive MIS Executive with 2-3 years of experience to manage and improve our management information systems.
This role involves ensuring data accuracy, system efficiency, and providing insightful reports to support business decisions.Key Responsibilities:
- MIS Operations:
- Manage daily MIS operations, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Maintain and update MIS databases for efficiency.
- Data Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular and adhoc reports for business decisionmaking.
- Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights.
- System Maintenance and Development:
- Identify system improvement needs and work with IT to implement enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- User Support and Training:
- Provide technical support to MIS users.
- Conduct training sessions on MIS tools and resources.
- Project Coordination:
- Assist in planning and executing MISrelated projects.
- Coordinate system upgrades and new functionalities with crossfunctional teams.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure MIS compliance with regulations.
- Maintain documentation of system processes and changes.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in MIS, or related field.
- Experience: 23 years in an MIS role.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Pay:
₹380, ₹450,000.00 per year
