Key Responsibilities:

Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process to determine their suitability as potential customers.

Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments and product demonstrations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services and address customer pain points.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers by providing personalized attention, timely follow-ups, and solutions-oriented support.

Sales Closure: Utilize persuasive selling techniques to overcome objections, negotiate terms, and close sales deals in a timely manner, consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge to effectively position our offerings in the market and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Performance Analysis: Analyze sales metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports to evaluate individual and team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
