Clinic Assistant Receptionist - Noida, India - OM Sai Management Consulting Services
Description
Answering, screening, and directing phone calls to staff- Taking messages and scheduling appointments
- Receiving mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries
- Performing basic filing and recordkeeping
- Writing business correspondences
- Organizing files
Receptionists may also be responsible for:
- Maintaining calendars for appointments
- Helping visitors locate the correct office
- Keeping the reception area tidy
- Taking inventory of office supplies and placing orders
- Checking visitors in and directing or escorting them to specific destinations
- Informing other employees of visitors' arrivals or cancellations
