We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Executive to join our team.

As a Food and Beverage Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction for our guests.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
  • Manage all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service
  • Create and maintain menus that meet quality standards and appeal to our target market
  • Monitor food and beverage costs and inventory levels, implementing costsaving measures as needed
  • Recruit, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service and exceed guest expectations
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Foster positive relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of highquality products
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, implementing innovations to enhance the guest experience
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to promote food and beverage offerings and drive revenue growth

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a highvolume hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Sound financial acumen, with the ability to analyse financial data and make informed decisions
  • Familiarity with food and beverage industry trends, regulations, and best practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant management software
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
