Job Purpose

The Business Process Expert Product Data is responsible for developing, communicating and supporting in implementing processes and solutions that support a compliant and efficient handling of Product life cycle management processes in Dormer Pramet.

This role will be focused on the OneWay implementation as a member of the global project team, working closely with Sales and Production units, both within Dormer Pramet.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate the registration process for existing products within the 1Way project.
Utilize knowledge of product data to streamline and optimize registration procedures.
Demonstrate expertise in Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) processes.
Collaborate closely with the global team to support effective product management.
Actively participate in project management, ensuring smooth processes and timely deliverables.
Identify and resolve problems related to product data and registration processes.
Innovate and develop new systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Provide dedicated support to the product management team.

Background- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Life Cycle Management and product management.- Experience from change management and major projects is a plus.- Proficient understanding of product data and registration processes.- In-depth knowledge of PLM processes and best practices.- Proficient in English (written and spoken).- Proven problem-solving skills, particularly in the context of product data management.- Experience in developing and implementing new systems for process improvement.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate in a global team setting.- Proximity to product management processes and understanding of their intricacies.

Location for this position is home-office in either Pune, India or Malaysia
