Job Overview:
we are hiring for dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Telemarketer Executive for inside sales.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to call high-value customers and capture their critical information along with product and service-related feedback.

This is a critical role in our organization, as it will directly impact our ability to provide exceptional customer service and improve our product offering, in addition, sales related inbound-outbound calls among other outgoing calling activity will fall in the roles and responsibility:

Conduct outgoing calls to high value customers to capture their critical information and feedback about our services
Daily outward calling to lost/ lapsed customer
Ensure accurate and complete data entry of all the customers information and feedback in our database
Work collaboratively with the customer service team to resolve any customer issues or concerns
Adhere to all data privacy regulations and guidelines while handling customer data
Identify opportunities for crossselling and upselling based on customer feedback
Good knowledge of Devices and can represent our product in a best way.

Qualification:

High school diploma or equivalent required: college degree prefers

2. 1-3 years' experience in customer service or in telemarketing would be preferred

Knowledge in technical, Devices
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Familiar with customer relationship management
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Types:

Salary:
₹13, ₹25,000.00 per month
