Location: REMOTE - India (Working as per USA hours - EST)
Skills in ORC, Learning, Compensation and Core HCM

- Good Communication skills should be able to join meetings with client
- Initiate requests to get more tickets since we have other vendors at Ford.
- Security configuration across modules

- Well versed with Local and global transfer scenarios
- Processes that needs to be run
- AOR and Security
- Approvals
- New Functionalities and New Release Features
Skills Required for ORC:
- Understand Alerts and Notifications
Skills Required for Learning:
- Should be well versed with Learn functionalities like
- Course, Specialization, Offering, Linked IN Learning
- Understand Alerts and Notifications
- Learn approvals and how they would be bypassed
Skills Required for Compensation:
- Well versed with multiple plans
- Setup related to new functionalities
