Responsibilities:

Appointment Setting: Proactively schedule appointments with potential clients using effective communication.

Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality communication and align appointments with company objectives.

Database Management: Update and manage client databases using CRM tools.

Feedback Collection: Gather and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

Conversion Rate: Improve appointment conversion rates through effective strategies.

Daily Reporting: Compile detailed daily reports for the manager, including key metrics.


Requirements:


  • Previous telecalling or appointment setting experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software.
  • Goaloriented mindset.
