Making calls:
Tele callers are responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers or clients.

They may use a script or follow a prepared set of talking points to engage the person on the other end of the line and encourage them to take a desired action.


Answering questions:

In addition to making outbound calls, tele callers may also receive inbound calls from customers who have questions or concerns.

They must be able to answer these questions professionally and courteously, while also providing accurate information.

Customer service:

Tele callers may also be responsible for providing customer service, including resolving customer complaints, processing orders, and managing returns or refunds.


Sales:
Depending on the organization, tele callers may also be responsible for selling products or services over the phone. They may be responsible for meeting specific sales targets or quotas.

Data management:
Tele callers may be required to update customer records, input orders, and manage data in various software systems.

Reporting:

Tele callers may be required to provide regular reports on their activities, such as the number of calls made, sales made, and customer issues resolved.
