Responsibilities

  • Manage Inventory Across Portals
  • Monitor the status of listed products Stock and ensure that they are always uptodate
  • Respond to customer queries about products and orders
  • List our products on Various of ecommerce platforms
  • Work with other departments to ensure a smooth ecommerce operation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 01 years of experience in ecommerce
  • Excellent Excel skills
    (mandatory):
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
