Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage activities among team members to ensure efficient project execution.
Oversee sales and marketing efforts to promote our real estate projects and generate leads.
Handle aftersales services, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction postpurchase.
Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and project outcomes.
Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
Attend to clients, arrange site visits, and provide detailed project information.
Follow up with brokers, channel partners, and handle inquiries to drive sales and maintain strong relationships.
Prepare and present regular reports on project status, sales performance, and client feedback.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the real estate industry.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to lead and motivate a small team effectively.
Proficiency in project management software and CRM systems.
Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies specific to the real estate sector.
Experience in client relations and handling broker/channel partner networks.

Salary:

- ₹15,000 - ₹22,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
