Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Design, implement, and manage companywide network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
  • Monitor network performance and security, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software.
  • Configure and manage network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
  • Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to network connectivity and performance.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in networking technology, recommending and implementing improvements as needed.
  • Create and maintain documentation of network configurations, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Network Administrator or similar role, with a minimum of [1 years] experience.
  • Solid understanding of networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP).
  • Experience with network security concepts and tools, such as firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
  • Handson experience with network equipment from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto Networks.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex network issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ are highly desirable.

Salary:
Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
