We are seeking an Embedded Engineer II for the VALFAC Simulation bench team. In this role, you will be involved in the design and development of VALFAC benches for EPIC and APEX test benches. The Electronic Test team is in charge of electronic testing activities for avionics engineering programs. As an Embedded Engineer II, you will have a significant role in creating new Simulation benches and enhancing and maintaining existing test benches.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to requirements analysis and decomposition.
  • Create a robust design for Simulation benches.
  • Manage hardware and software aspects.
  • Proactively engage with users and collaborate with product teams to understand the overall test solution requirements.
  • Handle project budget and schedule.
  • Be receptive to feedback and work on improvements.

Requirements:

  • 4 to 6 years of industry experience in the test solution domain with practical experience.
  • B.E./B.TECH or equivalent degree in Electronics Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C and C++.

Proficient in communication protocols like ARINC 429, RS232, CAN, Analog, and discrete, with troubleshooting skills.

Good to have:

  • Experience in managing test & measurement instruments.
  • Proficiency in tools like Oscilloscope, multimeter, and protocol analyzer.
  • Automation skills and knowledge of Python.
