Risk Assessment and Hazard Identification:Conduct thorough risk assessments and hazard analyses of the site to identify potential dangers, such as fall hazards, electrical hazards, chemical exposures, etc.

EHS Planning:

Develop comprehensive EHS plans and procedures in accordance with local regulations and industry standards, outlining protocols for emergency response, evacuation, and accident prevention.

EHS Inspection:
Regularly inspect the site to ensure compliance with EHS regulations and to identify any potential EHS issues or violations. These inspections involve checking equipment, machinery, scaffolding, signage, personal protective equipment (PPE), and other EHS measures.

Training and Orientation:

Provide EHS orientations to new employees, contractors, and visitors, ensuring they are aware of site-specific hazards, EHS procedures, and emergency protocols.


5.


EHS Meeting:


Conduct EHS meetings with workers, supervisors, and management to discuss EHS concerns, provide updates on EHS regulations, and address any recent incidents.

Enforcement of EHS Policies:

Enforce EHS policies and guidelines, ensuring that all workers follow established EHS procedures and always wear appropriate PPE while working at the site.

Accident Investigation:

In the event of accidents, injuries, or near misses, conduct thorough investigations to determine the root causes and contribute to the development of strategies to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of EHS inspections, incident reports, EHS training sessions, and other relevant EHS documentation as required by regulations or company policy.

Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan:
Collaborate with management to develop and implement emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures, medical assistance, and communication protocols.


10.


Regulatory Compliance:

Stay updated on local, state, and federal EHS regulations and ensure the site's adherence to these regulations. Maintain necessary permits and licenses related to EHS.

Communication:
Communicate EHS updates, concerns, and recommendations to management, supervisors, and workers. Maintain an open line of communication to address EHS-related issues promptly.

12.


Continuous Improvement:
Propose and implement improvements to EHS procedures, policies, and equipment to enhance the overall EHS culture of the site.

13.


Training Development:
Develop and deliver EHS training programs, toolbox talks, and workshops to enhance EHS awareness and knowledge among workers.


14.


Specialization:

Acumen knowledge of Solar and Bioenergy can be an added advantage.
