Sandvik Mining & Rock Solution, the leading global supplier of equipment and tools, service, and technical solutions for the mining industry, currently has an opening for a Rock Tools CPM Contract Incharge.
This position is based at Malanjkhand and will report to the Deputy Manager-Application. This positions responsibility is managing Rock Tools CPM contract at Malanjkhand Copper Project and deliver world class Customer support. This is accomplished by scheduling, planning, and executing the rock tools as per contractual requirements.Responsibilities:
- Complies with safety policies and applicable government, customer or industry regulations or requirements.
- Identifies and reports any unsafe work habits.
- Strives to find safer ways for customers to work with Sandvik's products.
- Managing CPM contracts.
- Managing, mentoring, motivating, and developing the team.
- Documentation, Report preparation and Record Keeping
- Develop Customer relationship at all levels.
- Interacting with Customers on daily basis.
- Payment collection.
- Site Inventory Management.
- Tracking of Rock Tools performance
- Weekly/ Monthly meetings with the Customer
- UG Site Audits
- Rock Tools selection
- Operator Trainings
- Compliance to all EHS Rules & Guidelines.
- Maintain and ensure housekeeping at workplace.
- Roster Plans
- Troubleshooting of product failures
- Digitalizing Contracts by implementing Track & My Rock Tool reports.
Profile:
- Degree/Diploma with minimum 8 years of work experience in Mining & Tunnelling Sites
- Direct knowledge of the Sandvik Rock Tools is an added advantage.
