Description

We are looking for an in-house architect cum interior designer for our organisation

Your work will involve:
- preparing and presenting design proposals based on the inputs given

Give preliminary estimates on cost and construction time
Prepare structure specifications

- producing detailed drawings using software like Auto CAD, Sketchup
- prepare an estimate of costings
- both for interior and building
- negotiating with contractors and other professionals
- attending regular meetings with contractors and other specialists
- co-ordinating the work of contractors

Visit worksites to ensure that construction adheres to architectural plans

- prepare 3D walk-through of the interior

Qualifications and Skills:
- have strong visual awareness and an eye for detail
- have good drawing skills, with the ability to work in three dimensions (3D)
- are inventive and imaginative with original creative thinking
- are passionate about buildings and the built environment
- are a good team player

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
