Job Description:

You will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong partnerships, and leading the sales team to achieve targets.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market presence in the B2B/Corporate sales field.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target client organizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts that address client needs and showcase the value of our products/services.
  • Negotiate and close high-value sales deals, ensuring favorable terms, pricing, and contract terms.
  • Track and analyze sales data and market trends to refine sales strategies and maximize revenue generation.

Desired SkillsRequirements:

  • Bachelor's/ Master degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
2. 4-7 years of progressive experience in B2B sales, preferably in a similar industry or sector.


  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (Must)
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Deep understanding of the B2B sales process, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and visit regional offices.

₹25, ₹33,000.00 per month
