PROFILE INTRODUCTION

Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:
Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Actively pursue new business opportunities and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.

Client Consultation:
Conduct consultations with clients to understand their interior design needs and preferences.
Provide expert advice and recommendations on design solutions, products, and services.
Create and present customized design proposals tailored to each client's requirements.

Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the design solutions provided.

Product Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, products, and materials in the interior design industry.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the products and services offered by the company.

Collaboration:
Collaborate effectively with interior designers and other team members to deliver seamless and integrated design solutions.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source materials and products for client projects.

Administrative Tasks:
Prepare and maintain accurate sales records, client profiles, and project documentation.
Provide timely and detailed reports on sales activities, challenges, and opportunities to the management team.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interior design or related industry.
Strong understanding of interior design concepts, styles, and trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for creating design proposals and presentations.
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business, or a related field is a plus.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:
