Introduction:

Join our dynamic team in the International BPO Call Centre We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about customer service and communication.

As a member of our team, you will engage with international clients, providing exceptional service and support across various channels.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
Assist customers with order processing, billing inquiries, and account management.
Utilize CRM systems and other tools to document customer interactions and maintain records.
Identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell products and services to customers.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Meet or exceed performance targets, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and sales goals.
Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed support to customers.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality guidelines.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize and resolve customer concerns effectively.
Demonstrated problemsolving skills and ability to think critically in a fastpaced environment.
Adaptability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
