Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Customer Engagement:
  • Provide product information, answer inquiries, and assist customers in choosing the right twowheeler based on their needs.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Maintain an indepth understanding of the features, specifications, and benefits of the twowheeler models offered by the dealership.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
  • Sales Targets:
  • Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as outlined by the sales manager or dealership management.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Test Drives:
  • Arrange and conduct test drives for interested customers, ensuring a safe and informative experience.
  • Highlight the key features and benefits of the twowheeler during the test drive.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain regular contact to keep customers informed about promotions, new models, and servicing.
  • Sales Documentation:
  • Complete all necessary paperwork, including sales contracts, financing agreements, and other documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Negotiation and Closing:
  • Effectively negotiate sales terms, prices, and financing options to reach mutually beneficial agreements with customers.
  • Secure sales and assist customers in the purchase process.
  • After-Sales Support:
  • Collaborate with the service and maintenance teams to ensure a smooth handover of the twowheeler to the customer.
  • Address any postsales inquiries and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting:
  • Provide regular reports to the sales manager on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
