Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Customer Engagement:
- Provide product information, answer inquiries, and assist customers in choosing the right twowheeler based on their needs.
- Product Knowledge:
- Maintain an indepth understanding of the features, specifications, and benefits of the twowheeler models offered by the dealership.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- Sales Targets:
- Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as outlined by the sales manager or dealership management.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
- Test Drives:
- Arrange and conduct test drives for interested customers, ensuring a safe and informative experience.
- Highlight the key features and benefits of the twowheeler during the test drive.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular contact to keep customers informed about promotions, new models, and servicing.
- Sales Documentation:
- Complete all necessary paperwork, including sales contracts, financing agreements, and other documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Negotiation and Closing:
- Effectively negotiate sales terms, prices, and financing options to reach mutually beneficial agreements with customers.
- Secure sales and assist customers in the purchase process.
- After-Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the service and maintenance teams to ensure a smooth handover of the twowheeler to the customer.
- Address any postsales inquiries and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting:
- Provide regular reports to the sales manager on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
