Job Description of Sales Executive

Key Job Responsibilities:


Responsibilities includes but are not limited to:


  • Must have previous
    SALES EXPERIENCE in
    Bathware, Kitchenware, CP-Fittings,Cement and Building Material
:


  • Build new clients for the organization, build rapport and trust in both oneself and the company.
  • Must be passionate and driven in order to produce top results, all the while maintaining integrity.
  • Have the drive to be an individual contributor, responsible to drive sales activities within assigned dealers/distributors/clients.
  • Generate leads from given database & Identify potential clients within targeted leads and initiate the sales process.
  • To penetrate all targeted accounts and originate sales opportunities for the company's products and services.
  • To set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations on daily basis.
  • To ensure systematic followup with the client organizations to take the sales pitch to timebound closure.
  • To be an interface between the customer and internal support teams to ensure that the client receives the best possible products and services from the company.
  • To ensure that all payments are collected as per the company's payment terms from the dealer/distributors assigned to them.
  • Ensure adherence to JAL's sales processes and requirements.
  • Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plan decided by JAL HQ
  • Ready for
    FIELD SALES.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree with at least 6months experience in the field of sales.
  • 60% in 10th &12th
  • BA/BBA fresher can also apply

Skill Requirements:


  • Should have own vehicle(DL/RC)
  • Should have excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work both independently and in a team.
  • Should be able to work in a fast
- paced & target-driven environment.


Salary:

₹20, ₹45,000.00 per month

  • Field sales: 1 year (required)
  • Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)

  • Sales: 1 year (required)

Language:


  • English (preferred)
