Description
Prepare marketing strategy for the planned FTWZ facilities and services

  • Identify and connect with the potential customer base
  • Develop Channel partners for facilitating Sales and marketing
  • Create marketing material & structure commercial offers suitable to customer requirements
  • Own and develop the Annual Marketing Plan in consultation with the Regional office and the CEO as a part of ISS structure
  • Effectively plan and manage commercial activities / customer engagement strategies and monitor progress keeping a 12 month's business plan in mind.
  • Responsible for Business Development plans and budgets to achieve targets on volume
  • In depth knowledge sharing of the EXIM industry landscape and clearly understand our competitors across major focus regions.
  • Own & manage all Customer Relations including setting up an efficient customer service process in all the departments that deal with customers.
  • Develop and Implement Customer Management Tools to ensure high Quality of customer service
  • Adhere to DP World laid down policies governing Credit control and credit offerings to customers. Make all efforts possible in line with the organizations policies for ensuring no bad debts account /unpaid dues.
  • Own & manage key relations in the trade conferences, media, and Government.
  • Maintain & update market database of competitors with respect to services, volumes, marketing efforts, major customers, major commodities etc
  • Track, record competition volumes / actions in due compliance with governing competition norms and regulations.
  • Provide accurate, timely qualitative feedback on regular set report mechanisms existing in the organization
  • Monthly CEO Reports (commercial feedback), Weekly projections to SCO Commercial head etc.
  • Assistance in arranging trade gathering/function
  • Be aligned and adherent to the Company Media and Brand
  • Communications policy.
